   FROM: Victorville - Hwy 15 - get off "D"or "E" Street

   To National Trails Hwy ( old Rt66) and go northbound 13.8 miles

   (look for "Silverlake" sign)

   turn left (west) on Vista Rd

   Or

   FROM: Barstow - Hwy 15 - get off Lenwood Rd

   Go west 2.4 miles to National Trails Hwy (old Rt66)

   Turn left (south) and go 15 .9 miles (look for "Silverlake" sign)

   And turn right (west) on Vista Rd

   Go 1.1 miles (on Vista Rd)

   Turn left (south) on Helendale Rd and go 1.6 miles

   ( note; as you pass Shadow Mountain Rd, Helendale Rd will become a dirt
   road) to a (locked ?) gate to an open field and landing site

   NOTES: if you keep to the right of gate, a few hundred feet is a possible
   but rough entrance to the landing field

   (The actual private strip is about 3/4 mile south of this open field, and
   is fenced and gated, hard to get to and therefore not desirable)

   Landing field is approximately 1000x 4000

   Telephone lines running east/west , on the south side of the field
