   FROM: Barstow - Go eastbound on Hwy 40 for approximately 80 miles ( from
   the Ludlow off ramp about 28 miles)

   Exit Kelbaker Rd

   Go northbound for approximately 24 miles to the town of Kelso (very small)

   Turn right (north/east) on Kelso/Cima Rd and go 11.8 miles

   Look for a strip of pavement on the right side (east), between the road
   and paralleling railroad tracks

   NOTES: 60X700 approximately

   Northeast/southwest

   Slopes to the south/west

   Possible obstacles (Caltrans lot!)
