   FROM : the town of Bishop - the junction of Hwy 395 & 6

   Go northwest bound on Hwy 395 for 46.4 miles

   Turn right (north) on "Owens River Rd" and go 3.8 miles

   At this point you cross a cattle guard and the pavement ends-this is the
   landing area (dirt road)

   OR

   FROM: the Mammoth Yosemite entrance road and Hwy 395

   Continue northwest bound on Hwy 395 for 10.4 miles

   Turn right (north) on "Owens River Rd" and go 3.8 miles

   At this point you cross a cattle guard and the pavement ends - this is the
   landing area (dirt road)

   NOTES: E/W
