   Go eastbound on Bear Valley Rd for 12.6 miles

   Keep to the right, and continue south/eastbond on Hwy 18 to Lucerne Valley
   for 10. 6 miles to the intersection of Hwy 18 and 247

   FROM: Rabbit Dry lake go 6.7 miles eastbound on Hwy 18 to Lucerne Valley,
   intersection of Hwy18 and 247

   From this intersection continue eastbound for 13.3 miles to Bessemer Rd (
   note; look out for a sign "Johnson Valley OHV Recreation Area" on the
   right side of road)

   Turn left (north) on Bessemer Rd (dirt) and go 3.7 miles to lakebed

   NOTES: Wide open
